High up on the hill near where 33rd meets Trevor, there’s an unusual graffiti installation on a utility building. This is on one of the highest hills in the area, and it sports a small forest of towers, including what looks like a former fire watch tower. So the artist behind this somewhat abstract piece would seem to have been evoking the landscape nearby. Who is the artist? Not sure, but one of the words in the angled view below appears to be “Tier,” which is a tag you see around town in places.
Located near 33rd Avenue North and Trevor Street, uphill from Charlotte. There’s a lot of building in this area, and narrow streets, so parking is problematic.
