Down Eighth Avenue, a very enthusiastic woman and a scrappy dog greet you as you approach the complex mess that is Eighth and Wedgewood. Preservation Station sells architectural antiques and salvage, while Rumble Seat Music sells and repairs vintage guitars, basses, and amps. There’s no signature on any of this work, but they certainly pop and make the traffic a little easier to deal with. The two Rumble Seat pieces are actually attached signs.

Located at 1809 Eighth Ave South, just north of the intersection with Wedgewood Avenue. The art is on the north side of the Preservation Station building, but is best viewed from the parking lot of Rumble Seat at 1805 Eighth Avenue South. Both locations have parking (more at Rumble Seat), so check out the art, then check out some guitars and old lights!
